Studio Schedule

We have everything you need to get started!  No mat? No worries.  We've got you covered.  Not sure what pass to buy? Just pop in to the studio for your preferred class and we'll get you going.  We're friendly, community driven, and laid back.  Classes are small and comfortable, with lots of laughs & good people.

We now offer Post PT and Rehab courses!  Sign up online or in person. Monday/Wednesday @ 7:15am and Tuesday/Thursday @ 4pm

Test out your balance this summer! Join us for paddleboard yoga on the river every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm starting July 2018!

We provide the paddleboards, nature provides the river.  Come with clothes you're willing to get wet in!
