Find our schedule below.  We are a community based, functional movement studio, aimed at making you move better.

We call ourselves 'yoga' because there is a philosophy of breath and movement, in connection to awareness and consciousness. However, we don't judge if you don't know your elbow from your asana.  Check out the about section for more details.

Class Descriptions

LEVEl 1 / Functional Movement

The basics and fundamentals of yoga poses are introduced. Learn the process of proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques, the use of props in your practice and build confidence in your yoga postures.

 

Level 1-2 / BALANCE & FLOW

A level 1-2 class, we incorporate fluid movement with breath, pushing boundaries with balance and stability, leading to advanced postures (although not required).

 

MEDITATION & CONTEMPLATION

Join us on Saturdays for space and awareness.  We hold sessions after our morning movement class, giving you time to join both, or one or the other.
