Studio Schedule

We have everything you need to get started!  No mat? No worries.  We've got you covered.  Not sure what pass to buy? Just pop in to the studio for your preferred class and we'll get you going.  We're friendly, community driven, and laid back.  Classes are small and comfortable, with lots of laughs & good people.

Class Descriptions

LEVEl 1

The basics and fundamentals of yoga poses are introduced. Learn the process of proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques, the use of props in your practice and build confidence in your yoga postures.

 

POWER

This class links breath and movement. It is a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. Not for the faint at heart.

 

BALANCE & FLOW

A level 1-2 class, we incorporate fluid movement with breath, pushing boundaries with balance and stability, leading to advanced postures (although not required).

 

MEDITATION & CONTEMPLATION

Join us for quiet meditation, prayer, and contemplation. A brief explaination and Q&A will be held before each session. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any props, assists, pillows, and blankets, as desired. We have mats, bolsters, yoga blankets, and blocks available at the studio.

 

SPEAK HEALTH! series

First Thursday of each month, 7-8pm, we will be hosting a lecture and discussion on pre determined topics with Dr. Acesta and guests speakers.  Join us for our book club conversation after each lecture (you don't need to have read the book!)

 

BOOK CLUB

First Thursday of each month, 8-9pm, we will be hosting a conversation on our book of the month, correlating to our SPEAK HEALTH topic of the month.  Come to hear the buzz, you don't need to have read the book to join!
